Avoid Common foot injuries in Ballet
dancers complain of some foot injury at some stage of their training, and professional ballet will often faced with chronic foot injuries, ranging from those who are meek fed for years, serious injury can be career ending.
The truth is that many common foot and ankle "injury" occur as a result of poor "intrinsic muscle strength foot.
